Welcome to the world of technical fashion. Where shoes are engineered to tackle mountains, but used to climb stairs. Where military-grade gear capable of amphibious landings is used for light April showers. Adidas put together a campaign that pokes fun at wearing overly technical products in the city and we brought it to life. We outfitted a handful of adidas Originals stores with backlit LED drain gates, routed escalator steps, and stacks of speaker cabinets with “lift to learn” technology using an ambient light sensor which prompts the campaign video to play when the shoe is picked up. These interactive, custom store displays engage shoppers and enhance the store experience.
