Whether your brand needs to be forged out of the blue or follow established guidelines, our design team can be as big or little as you want us to be. We cut our teeth working for some of the world’s largest companies and keep them sharp branding start-ups. Whether your creative needs are local or global, they’ll be right in our wheelhouse.
Digital printing starts with pixels on paper. Our operators begin by pre-flighting your files for glitches, confirming resolutions, and making sure your fonts aren’t defaulting to Courier (oh, the humanity!) We’ll make your blacks as rich as possible and verify colors are accurate and consistent across multiple print medias, because although your corporate PMS may look great on white acrylic that same color build may look a bit sickly on card stock. That’s why we profile every media to adjust for nuances in white points, print speeds and substrates that affect color consistency. We get freaky on file accuracy, in a good way.
Is it possible to print faster, increase quantity and be eco-friendly at the same time? Yes it is, and the latest addition to our roll-to-roll fleet does just that. Just like the LX 850, this workhorse prints 6-color inks up to 126” wide @ 1200 x 1200 DPI, but at larger volume and higher speeds of up to 1290 sf/hr. This is all achieved with a clean conscience too, because this printer’s product-certified for low chemical emissions and reduced environmental impact, just like our LX850.
This roll-to-roll press walks our green talk and prints 6-color HP latex inks up to 126˝ wide at 1200 x 1200 DPI resolution. Because the inks are water-based, there’s no hazard warning labels, no EPA-designated Hazardous Air Pollutants, nor any flammable/combustible concerns. All that and it’s still able to print directly on uncoated papers, vinyl, wallpaper, and polyester fabrics.
It might not be as beefy as our other water-based, latex ink printers but this lil’ 64” wide roll-to-roll machine comes with spot white capabilities so double-sided, full color window clings are a breeze. It can also do an overcoat, which adds scratch resistance while lowering cost and the environmental impact of laminated prints.
Mira means ‘wonderful’ in Latin, and that ain’t no lie. Our Jeti Mira produces industry-leading quality in six colors, with or without white and/or varnish. Capable of printing 700 x 1200 DPI with a 7 picoliter ink droplet size, it can even create razor sharp, 4pt type. Are you kidding me? No. It also uses such a thin amount of ink that it prints at sellable production speeds up to 782 sf/hr.
Leave it to the Swiss to fuse quality and quantity. These two beauties cut, rotate and score substrates up to 70˝ x 125˝, be it paper, plastic, wood, aluminum, even leather. Designed for high-volume production, ours often run 18-hour days, allowing us to do creative applications not possible any other way.
Hit me…hit me…hit me with your laser beam! No, but seriously, let’s be frankie (see what we did there) our newest toy is pretty bad ass. This puppy is capable of cutting, engraving or etching acrylic, metal, wood, foam and more on a 52” x 100” cutting bed with a wrap-around gantry that’s able to reach speeds up to 150 inches per second with 5 G’s of acceleration. Shazam!
If this cutter could rap, it’d go something like this: “I’ll slice n’ dice ya, up to six feet wide, I’ll cut ya, don’t mess with me foo cuz I chop like Benihana!” Word. This blade master is capable of fully automated cutting of roll stock substrates (vinyl, wallpaper, etc.) up to 67” wide and all within 1 millimeter accuracy (insert unsheathed sword sound effect here).
This 3.4 meter wide soft signage printer is capable of printing speeds up to 2,700 sf per hour on a wide range of soft fabrics. Featuring dramatic four-color printing with a broad color gamut and deep color saturation for exceptional fabric display graphics, it allows you to direct print to fabric and sublimate inline for one-offs that are immediately ready for finishing and shipping.
